Visas for Tanzania

HOW TO APPLY

Download application forms from http://tanzania.org.za/visas.htm.
Submit bank deposit slip as proof of payment with your application.
An interview may be requested at any time and in addition the applicant may be asked for further documents.
It is illegal to conduct business with a tourist visa, once the visa is issued, the fee cannot be refunded nor can the date of issue be altered.
Office Hours: 08h30 – 16h30 / Visa Hours: 09h30 - 12h30.
Visa takes one working day to process.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• A valid passport with at least six months validity remaining.
• One visa application form, fully completed and signed.
• Two passport type photographs not more than six months old.
• A letter of invitation from the host company in Tanzania or a letter from company in South Africa stating the purpose and duration of the trip and that the company will take care of all the expenses of the applicant during the intended stay in Tanzania.
• Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary.
