Visas for Sudan

HOW TO APPLY

Application forms can be downloaded from www.sudani.co.za.
The entry visa is issued for the purpose of business, whose stay would not be more than two months.
All entry visas are valid for single entry and valid for two months from the date of issue.
The Embassy does not issue visas on Temporary Passports or Emergency Travel Documents.
Visas take three to seven working days.
Submissions 09h00-12h00.
Collections 14h00-15h00.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• Completed visa application form in duplicate.
• Valid passport for at least six months.
• Yellow fever Vaccinations certificate.
• Two Passport size photographs.
• Application form must be signed by the applicant personally.
• Proof of booking of airline ticket from Travel Agent.
• Letter from the applicants Employer confirming the visit to Sudan.
