Visas for Ghana

HOW TO APPLY

Application forms can be obtained at the consulate.
Consular hours are Monday-Friday 09h00-12h30.
Submissions and collections of visas may only be done during consular hours.
Processing of visa takes 3 working days excluding the day of submission.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• Passport valid for six months beyond intended stay.
• Four application forms [duly completed] in capital letters.
• Four recent passport size photos [identical].
• Name and address of hotel or persons staying in Ghana plus telephone numbers.
• Proof of yellow fever inoculation [photocopies accepted].
• Letter from present employer of educational institution in SA confirming status –if self employed particulars of employment/business.
• Letter of invitation from person/company in Ghana .
• Provision of references in Ghana.
• Return or onward ticket.
