HOW TO APPLY

Processing time is 10 working days and is valid for 30 days maximum.
Office hours Monday-Friday 08h00-16hoo. Visa hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09h00-12h00

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• Letter of Invitation from Equatorial Guinea (the letter must be from any offices of the government in Equatorial Guinea. The government stamp must be on the letter).
• Two Passport Size photos.
• Copy of confirmed flight booking .
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months and must have at least two blank pages.
• Favourable police clearance certificate.
• Proof of sufficient funds by means of three months worth of bank statements.
• Letter from the company in South Africa confirming Employment and visit to Equatorial Guinea.
• Copy of valid International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
