Visas for Burundi

HOW TO APPLY

Applicants can obtain application forms from the embassy. The embassy can also email or fax the forms to the applicant.
No emergency visas issued.
Visa hours: Monday – Friday 09h00 – 12h00.
Visa valid one month from date of entry – single and multiple entries.
Visa takes two working days to process.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after expiry of visa, ensure at least 5 blank pages in passport.
• One application form to be completed in full in black ink.
• Two recent passport size photos.
• Letter from employer stating nature of business to be conducted in Burundi (business visas).
• Letter of invitation from Burundi.
